License Urgent care AED Certification Nursing Full Job Description We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our well-established Family Practice and Acute Care office in Orange Park, Florida.

We offer a mix of traditional family practice services and acute care with a strong focus on patient well-being. Our long-standing presence in the area has allowed us to build lasting relationships with our patients, while consistently welcoming new patients to our growing practice. We are conveniently located near Fleming Island in the greater Jacksonville area. Our office is equipped with on-site X-ray services and a procedure room with a radiosurgical device for laceration repair, lesion removal, and more. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Family Nurse Practitioner looking to build a strong patient base and make a meaningful impact in healthcare.
Responsibilities Include:
Diagnosing and treating acute, episodic, and chronic conditions. Ordering and interpreting X-rays and laboratory tests to assist in diagnoses. Conducting comprehensive physical exams. Facilitating referrals to specialists and coordinating with other healthcare providers. Collaborating closely with our physicians to ensure the best care for our patients. Treating an average of 18-25 patients per day.
