Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) – Jacksonville & St. Augustine OPA Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate and experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our dedicated team in both our Jacksonville and St. Augustine locations. This is a full-time, in-office role (not remote), offering a supportive environment where patient care and professional growth are prioritized. We are a private outpatient psychiatric practice offering counseling and medication management for children (ages 4+), adolescents, and adults. Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health conditions Prescribe and manage medications tailored to patient needs Maintain accurate and timely progress notes Collaborate with therapists and specialists to ensure coordinated care Refer patients to additional services as needed

Requirements:

Active PMHNP license in Florida Board Certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Minimum of 1 year of psychiatric experience Strong EHR and telehealth proficiency Excellent communication and organizational skills Passion for helping others and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
