Key Responsibilities:

Assessment and Treatment:
Conduct thorough assessments of patient wounds and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement advanced wound care techniques, including surgical debridements to correct undermining and/or tunneling of chronic wounds that aren’t responding to conservative care measures.

Healthcare Teams:
Work closely with other healthcare professionals at each facility to coordinate care and provide updates on patient progress.

Travel and Scheduling:
Manage a travel schedule to visit multiple patients’ homes. Ensure timely and efficient care delivery.

Documentation:
Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, documenting all assessments, treatments, and patient interactions.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives, staying updated with the latest advances in wound care and applying best practices in treatment.
Qualifications:
