The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families across the lifespan. This role requires a strong commitment to health promotion, disease prevention, and management of acute and chronic illnesses. The FNP will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals in a dynamic environment, ensuring comprehensive care delivery. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Diagnose and treat a variety of health conditions, including but not limited to acute illnesses, chronic diseases, and preventive care. Perform procedures such as cardiac catheterization, tube feeding, and infection control measures. Provide family planning services and education to patients. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within a Level II Trauma Center to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients and their families on health management strategies and lifestyle modifications. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in medical-surgical care and geriatrics. Qualifications Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program. Current certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) by a recognized certifying body. Valid state nursing license with prescriptive authority. Experience in a clinical setting preferred Proficient in infection control protocols and coding practices.
