The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a clinical setting, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals. This role requires a strong background in medical office practices, experience in a dermatology skin care for patients requiring medical or surgical evaluations and treatments providing cosmetic procedures in order to enhance the look of the patient desires and the ability to manage various patient needs Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results to guide treatment decisions. Administer IV infusions and manage medication protocols as necessary. Provide care in both outpatient clinic settings and inpatient environments, including operating rooms (OR). Triage patients effectively to prioritize care based on urgency and severity of conditions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Skills Strong background in medical office operations with experience in a clinical setting. Familiarity with Level II Trauma Center protocols and procedures. Proficient in IV infusion techniques and management of intravenous therapies. Experience working within a clinic environment, providing care to diverse patient populations. Ability to perform triage effectively, assessing patient needs promptly. Experience caring for children in a healthcare setting is highly desirable. Knowledge of inpatient care practices, including the ability to dialyze patients when necessary. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on patient education.
