Position Overview:

We are seeking a Medicare-credentialed Nurse Practitioner (NP) with at least 2 years of wound care experience to join our team. This role involves providing mobile, advanced wound care treatments in Tampa Florida , ensuring the highest level of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide specialized wound care treatments in patients’ homes and other facilities . Assess, diagnose, and develop customized treatment plans for chronic wounds . Perform advanced regenerative wound care (collagen, amniotic allographs & biologics). Follow established wound care protocols and best practices to ensure consistency and high-quality patient care Educate patients, caregivers, and facility staff on wound management and prevention. Maintain accurate patient documentation and adhere to Medicare guidelines . Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care and healing outcomes.

Qualifications:
