• Job Description:

• We are seeking dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioners to join our team. As part of our mobile wound care unit, you will:
• Visit patients once per week in their homes, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), senior communities, or assisted living facilities.
• Write orders for home health services to manage dressing changes between visits.
• Utilize our cutting-edge wound care app (Net Health) for medical documentation, with full tech support and training provided.

• Requirements:

• Proven experience in wound care.
• Ability to complete medical documentation within 24 hours.
• Must have your own malpractice insurance. We do offer optional malpractice insurance for $1,000 a year through the national association of nurse practitioners.
