Nurse Practitioner Lake Allergy, Asthma & Immunology PA 1936 Salk Avenue, Tavares, FL 32778 Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Nurse Practitioner located in Tavares, FL. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing comprehensive healthcare to patients, including diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing treatment plans. The role involves collaborating with physicians, educating patients and their families, and maintaining accurate patient records. The Nurse Practitioner will also be involved in allergy, asthma, and immunology patient care, ensuring all treatments and protocols meet current medical standards. Qualifications Skills in ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing treatment plans Ability to collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams Excellent patient education and communication skills Proficiency in maintaining accurate patient records Experience in allergy, asthma, and immunology patient care is a plus Master’s degree in Nursing and relevant Nurse Practitioner certification Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Florida Our ideal candidate in a self-starter, ambitious, engaged and team player.
