This role focuses on personalized wellness, hormonal balance, and non-invasive aesthetic treatments in a clinical retail setting. Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess hormonal imbalances using patient history, lab work, and symptoms. Develop and manage individualized treatment plans for BHRT, including pellet therapy, creams, or injections. Educate patients on hormone optimization, lifestyle changes, and potential risks/benefits of BHRT. Perform med spa procedures including, but not limited to: Botox and dermal fillers Microneedling PRP treatments Chemical peels Laser skin treatments (depending on state regulations) Monitor patient progress, manage follow-up care, and adjust treatment protocols as necessary. Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to care. Maintain accurate EMR documentation and comply with all HIPAA and clinical standards. Participate in training, marketing events, and wellness education initiatives.
