We are a growing mobile dermatology practice dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate skin care to residents in Assisted Living Communities and Skilled Nursing Facilities. Our team brings comprehensive dermatologic services directly to the patient’s bedside, ensuring comfort, convenience, and continuity of care.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and autonomous Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a passion for dermatology and geriatric care. The provider will perform bedside dermatologic assessments, procedures, and treatments in long-term care settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage minor skin procedures, including incision and drainage (I&D) of cysts and abscesses. Document all patient interactions and procedures accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR). Collaborate with supervising physicians as needed, maintaining communication for complex cases. Educate patients, families, and facility staff on dermatologic conditions and appropriate care. Ensure infection control and safety standards are upheld in bedside care environments. Perform skin exams to evaluate and diagnose common dermatologic conditions such as rashes, eczema, psoriasis, and scabies. Conduct skin cancer screenings and perform biopsies on suspicious lesions, moles, and growths

Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted NP or PA license in Florida. Dermatology experience preferred, especially with geriatric or long-term care populations. Ability to work independently in a mobile setting and adapt to a variety of clinical environments. Excellent bedside manner and communication skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
