The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, particularly in areas such as senior care, internal medicine, and family planning. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to diverse patient populations, including children and adults. Your expertise will contribute to the overall well-being of our patients while collaborating with other healthcare professionals. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses in patients of all ages. Perform routine examinations and screenings to monitor patient health. Provide education to patients and families regarding health management and disease prevention. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care. Utilize electronic health record systems (such as Epic) for documentation and patient management. Participate in utilization review processes to ensure appropriate care delivery. Engage in hospital medicine practices as needed, providing acute care for hospitalized patients. Maintain accurate coding for diagnoses and procedures performed. Requirements Valid Nurse Practitioner license with relevant certifications. Experience in senior care, internal medicine, family planning, or hospital medicine preferred. Familiarity with pediatric care is a plus. Proficiency in electronic health record systems, especially Epic. Strong clinical skills in acute care settings. Knowledge of coding practices related to medical procedures and diagnoses. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively. Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
