Job Description:

Reliable MD is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bilingual Spanish-Speaking Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing primary care team in Sarasota, FL. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English and committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions Develop and implement patient care plans Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and medication management Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab work Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care Accurately document patient encounters in the EMR system Provide culturally competent care to Spanish-speaking patients

Qualifications:

Current Florida APRN license with prescriptive authority Board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) is required Minimum 1 year of experience in primary care, internal medicine, or family medicine preferred Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
