This is a great opportunity to make a positive impact on patients’ lives by guiding them through their weight loss journeys in a supportive, outpatient setting!
What You’ll Do:
✅ Conduct initial patient consultations and follow-up visits, focusing on weight loss management ✅ Develop personalized weight loss plans, including nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle modifications ✅ Prescribe and manage weight loss medications, ensuring safe and effective treatments ✅ Educate patients on healthy living practices and provide continuous support throughout their journey ✅ Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in our EMR system ✅ Collaborate in a supportive, team-based environment
