If you’re passionate about helping people and eager to optimize outcomes, we want to talk to you! Seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to join our team! You will work in multiple settings such as clinics, skilled nursing facilities, home health and more. Job Responsibilities Evaluate and manage all acute, chronic wounds, surgical wounds and dermatologic wounds Change dressings Perform medically necessary debridement Establish plan of care and work within protocols established by medical director Accurately performs physical examinations on adult patients with acute and chronic wounds Assess, diagnose and manage chronic conditions for patient population Communicates with Primary Care Physician (PCP) or office staff regarding any changes in patient’s condition Provides individualized patient teaching and counseling
Qualifications:
Current Nurse Practitioner license. Certification as a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassion for patients and a commitment to providing excellent care.
