The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursing with experience in Family Medicine. As an APRN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results. Engage in utilization review processes to ensure appropriate patient care. Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate case management and ensure continuity of care. Utilize electronic health record systems such as EPIC for documentation and patient management. Educate patients and families on health management strategies and preventive care.
QUALIFICATIONS
APRN conferred Board certification as Family Practitioner. Active and clear Florida License and no prior licensing infractions in other states. Current DEA certification A minimum of 2 years experience in a Medicare, Medicaid and other State & Federal healthcare programs. Proficient in EPIC or similar electronic health record systems. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team. Commitment to providing compassionate care to diverse patient populations.

Current CPR ( American Heart Association) Ability to communicate ( oral & written) fluently in English /
