In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care through comprehensive assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment plans. You will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for patients across various age groups, including children, adults, and seniors. Responsibilities Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and physical examinations of patients. Collect and process specimens for laboratory testing. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments. Provide family planning services and education to patients. Offer specialized care for senior patients, addressing their unique health needs. Maintain accurate medical records, including ICD-9 coding for diagnoses. Educate patients and their families about health management and preventive care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care quality. Stay updated on medical advancements and best practices in patient care. Qualifications Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Experience working with children and families in a clinical setting is preferred. Familiarity with durable medical equipment (DME) is a plus. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
