Nurse Practitioner El Encanto Medical Centers Miami, FL 33145 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and be committed to providing high-quality patient care. This role involves working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive health services, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans. Duties Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments to determine health status. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Provide care in various settings, including telehealth consultations and in-person visits. Administer esthetic laser treatments and manage acute pain management protocols. Perform phlebotomy procedures and ensure sterile processing of medical instruments. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate senior care and workers compensation cases. Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Skills The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in the following areas: Knowledge of ophthalmology practices and procedures. Experience with esthetic laser treatment techniques. Familiarity with telehealth platforms for remote patient consultations. Understanding of senior care requirements and best practices. Knowledge of workers compensation law as it relates to patient care. Proficiency in sterile processing techniques to ensure safety in medical procedures. Ability to perform phlebotomy effectively. Skills in managing aliment-related health issues. Competence in acute pain management strategies. Experience working in an operating room (OR) environment is a plus.
