Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our dedicated team. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and align with Neios’ longevity-focused philosophy. Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Utilize aseptic techniques to maintain high standards of infection control. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare staff in providing quality care. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Provide education and support to patients regarding their health conditions and treatments. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Participate in laboratory procedures when required, ensuring proper handling of specimens. Support patients in assisted living environments, focusing on their unique healthcare needs. Provide and monitor therapies such as IV infusions and wellness-focused treatments, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and others including, advanced diagnostic tests like VO2 max monitoring. Educate patients on wellness strategies, lifestyle modifications, and preventive care to promote long-term health and vitality. Collaborate closely with physicians, nutritionists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes. Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to document patient interactions and maintain accurate, up-to-date records. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay abreast of advancements in integrative medicine and longevity care. Contribute to patient outreach and community education initiatives to promote Neios’ mission of health and longevity.

Qualifications:

Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program. Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of [Insert State]. Certification as an NP in Family Medicine, Adult-Gerontology, or a related specialty. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in integrative medicine, wellness, dermatology, plastic surgery, or preventive care.
