About Revive:

Revive Wound Care is a physician-led medical practice focused on helping people heal from chronic wounds through personalized, expert care. We specialize in advanced wound treatment tailored to each individual’s needs, making it easier for patients to receive the care they deserve without leaving their home. We currently serve Central Florida and are expanding to reach more patients in need of high-quality, home-based wound care. Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Conduct comprehensive wound assessments (e.g., size, tissue type, drainage, infection, pain). Perform wound treatments including debridement, dressing application, and closure techniques. Develop and manage individualized care plans. Prescribe medications and topical agents appropriately. Order and interpret labs, wound cultures, and imaging. Educate patients and caregivers on wound care and prevention. Monitor healing progress and adjust care plans accordingly. Accurately document all findings in the EHR system. Participate in clinical quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Active, unrestricted Florida APRN license (required) Valid Florida DEA license (required) Board Certification from AANP or ANCC (required) Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Nurse Practitioner (required) Demonstrated strong clinical judgment and ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team Excellent interpersonal communication and thorough documentation skills Reliable transportation and a valid Florida driver’s license (required) Willingness to travel throughout Central Florida to provide patient care (required) Background in wound care, adult primary care, or geriatrics is highly desirable Experience in mobile or home health care settings is a plus

Education:

MSN or DNP from an accredited nursing program or equivalent experience of 3+ years as a

Full-time position (40 hours per week) Flexible schedule; weekends and holidays may be required Mobile role with travel throughout Central Florida; mileage reimbursed Employment type: Salaried W-2 employee

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary:

$125,000

• 135,000 (commensurate with experience)
