The candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients in the hospital, working closely with physician to develop treatment plans, and documentation.
Position Requirements:
Family APRN certification / Acute Care APRN required / Physician Assistant New Grads welcome to apply with previous ICU or ED experience as RN. Must be eligible for credentialing at Advent Health Orlando. 12-hour shifts alternating 3 and 4 days a week. 4-5 weekend shifts a month. No call. No nights. Experience with Epic preferred. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results to guide treatment decisions. Manage patient care through effective discharge planning and follow-up. Document all medical information accurately in electronic health records, utilizing eClinicalWorks as needed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and optimize resource utilization. Provide education to patients and families regarding health management and disease prevention.
