Friday Hours:

5pm to 8pm

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care including assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care Perform comprehensive physical examinations and health screenings Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic tests and laboratory results Develop treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families, ensuring individualized care Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, management of chronic conditions and medication use and potential risks Document patient encounters and maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards Prescribe, adjust, and monitor medications, ensuring appropriate dosages and minimizing side effects Take a patient-centered approach to develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, considering their unique needs, preferences, and goals Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and medication records, in compliance with all legal and ethical standards Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

2+ years of Clinical experience in a Healthcare setting Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Valid WHNP, APRN or NP license in Florida DEA registration number Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team
