$115,000•$135,000 annually (based on experience)
Position Overview:
A privately owned and physician-led Primary Care clinic in East Orlando is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bilingual Nurse Practitioner (Spanish-speaking required) to join their growing team. This provider will play a key role in delivering exceptional care to a diverse patient population in a supportive, collaborative environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Conduct physical exams, sick visits, urgent care visits, and transition of care appointments Diagnose and manage common acute and chronic conditions Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and disease management Collaborate with care teams including Medical Assistants, referral coordinators, front office staff, and care coordinators Maintain accurate documentation within the Athena EMR system Participate in occasional Telehealth visits (1-2 daily) Spend adequate time with patients—typically 15 to 30+ minutes per visit See an average of 15-20 patients per day
Qualifications:
Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the state of Florida Fluent in Spanish (required) Experience in primary care or internal medicine preferred Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
