Nurse Practitioner Physicians Assistant Advanced Wound Care Position Available In Orange, Florida

Job Description Job Description Seeking a part-time Advanced Wound-Care Nurse Practitioner (1099 contractor) to become part of our team. You will focus on providing high-quality patient care and will be trained in advanced mobile wound care procedures.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and treat wounds Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments Perform focused physical examinations of patients Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities as needed Communicate with collaborating physician or specialists regarding patient care, including following up with referrals

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant Florida license Driver’s License Personal Vehicle

EXPECTATIONS

Have a great bedside manner Respond quickly to company requests Complete the required certification for wound care and additional training (paid for by the company) Complete notes within 48 business hours Work under the direction of a physician Be able to work as a 1099 contractor Drive your personal vehicle for extended distances across local area Must be willing to invest a full-days’ worth of work for a minimum of once per week, same day every week Assist moving immobile patients if required Maintain biotechnology materials until such inventory is used on patients Provide basic wound care supplies
