About This Opportunity:

CareATC iscurrently looking for an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner thatwill work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary treatment teamto provide exceptional patient care. The CareATC approach is towork with our patient population to assist in chronic diseasemanagement through individual interventions, clinic support, andongoing education. The Family Nurse Practitioner will workcollaboratively with the clinic staff to provide high-quality,comprehensive primary care.

We are looking for an experienced FamilyNurse Practitioner to work 3 days per week between our Juno Beachand Jupiter West clinics. The hours are Monday (Jupiter West): 7:30am – 11:30 am, Tuesday & Thursday (Juno Beach): 8:00 am – 5:00pmThe Family Nurse Practitioner will have experience providingprimary care in a clinic setting and work 20 hours per week. Thisis a fully benefit-eligible position including medical, dental,vision, CME, PTO, and more.

Qualifications Must see children ages 2+ Provide Virtual care to patients when needed and clinicallyappropriate. Experience providing primary care and diagnostic services in aclinical setting. Experience prescribing appropriate medications, treatments, andhealth regimens to treat patient health Issues DEA required for prescribing and dispensing Ability to pass on-site credentialing Current license in the state(s) where Nurse Practitioner willpractice Comply with all medical laws and HIPAA standards Strong desire to promote health, disease management andprevention.
