Family Nurse Practitioner Spirazza Family Medicine Boynton Beach, FL 33437 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care to patients across various age groups, focusing on primary care. The FNP will play a crucial role in conducting telehealth consultations, and maintaining accurate medical records. This position requires a strong commitment to patient-centered care and the ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Provide primary care services, including routine check-ups, preventive care, and health education. Manage acute pain conditions and coordinate treatment plans. Utilize telehealth technology to deliver remote patient consultations. Maintain accurate medical records using Athenahealth or similar electronic health record systems. Provide urgent care services as needed, ensuring timely intervention for patients. Advocate for patients with developmental disabilities, ensuring their unique healthcare needs are met. Experience A valid Nurse Practitioner license and certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
