Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and interpretation of diagnostic tests.
Develop and implement treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and adjust interventions as necessary.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic and patient-centered care.
Educate patients and their families about kidney health, disease management, and treatment options.
Participate in ongoing clinical research, quality improvement initiatives, and staff development activities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records.
Qualifications:
Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in Florida.
Strong clinical knowledge and experience in nephrology or related specialty.
Excellent communication skills and ability to establish rapport with patients and colleagues.
Proficiency in interpreting diagnostic tests and formulating differential diagnoses. Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning.
