Provide Primary Care treatment in a Workplace-basedsetting Episodic care (low acuity Urgent Care) Extended Episodic Acute Care which can include 4-5 visits foran illness or injury that is limited in its chronicity Chronic condition education and co-management with outsideprimary care if EWC is not the PCP Ability to oversee and perform CLIA waived tests, dispense Rxmedications, and oversee a specimen collection lab Collaboration with onsite employees to provide biometricscreening and health and wellness education Potential for Travel Medicine recommendation and immunizationsor administration of allergen immunotherapy (with propertraining) Direct one on one health coaching to employees along withreferring patients into wellness programs Partner with local HR/Benefits team to improve employeehealth Partner closely with, and potentially oversee, members of thehealth care team (MA, LPN, etc.)
Clinical Requirements:
Graduate of Certified NP program Active and unrestricted NP license required in respectivestate, and ability to maintain Minimum of 2 or more years of NP experience, workingindependently in an internal medicine or family practicesetting Ability to practice independently in respective state May be asked to obtain licensure in additional states DEA licensure and prescriptive authority and ability tomaintain Strong primary care experience including women’s health Chronic Disease Management experience is preferred Electronic Health Record experience; EPIC experience is aplus BLS certification and ability to maintain currentcertification Phlebotomy experience is a plus
Non-Clinical Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal skills including internal and externalcustomers and group settings Passionate about overall health and wellness and patienteducation High energy and strong customer-centric focus Ability to work clinic hours Solid attendance record Strong time management skills Additional language skills such as Spanish is a plus Supervisory experience (indirect or direct) is preferredThisrole is based in the clinic in West Palm Beach and Wellington,FL.If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, theinternet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband orfiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
