Our clinic is expanding at a rapid rate and so is our team! At LifeWorks Wellness Center, we utilize both conventional and alternative methods to facilitate the body’s innate healing response. Your duties as the Practitioner Assistant would include: Maintain communication with the practitioner regarding patient treatment and care Observe, monitor, and record patient behavior and progress

• answering questions on symptoms, prescriptions, etc.

Maintain communication with patients, ensuring they are happily progressing through their treatment plan Maintain medical records and documentation in patient charts Complete referrals with all necessary data Ensure proper consent forms are signed by each patient Assist practitioner with performing therapy Education and/or

Experience:

Licensed Registered Nurse Superior communication and patient service skills Excellent attention to detail. Ability to multitask and experience working in a fast-paced environment Experience using EMR software English•

Fluent Physical Demands of Position:

While performing the duties of this job, must be able to sit for periods of up to 7 hours at a time caring for patients and assisting the doctor. Hours for the
