Summary We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at DDCA. This role is essential in delivering comprehensive healthcare services, including patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans. The Nurse Practitioner will play a vital role in enhancing patient outcomes and supporting our mission of excellence in healthcare. Responsibilities Conduct thorough assess patients’ health status. Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans. Educate patients on health management and preventive care strategies. Manage urgent care situations effectively, ensuring prompt attention to patient needs. Implement infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients. Requirements Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Florida. Undererstanding of medical terminology and documentation practices. Background in medicine or f is preferamily practice but not required. Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and education. The position is based in multiple clinic locations, including Winter Haven, Lake Wales, and South Lakeland, Florida. Candidates must be flexible and available to work across all sites. Additionally, the role requires availability to work one half-day Saturday each month.
