Responsibilities:
Performs on-site screening clinicalassessments to determine appropriate patient treatment plans ofresidents at client facilities by the completion of a comprehensiveassessmentFunctions independently to perform age-appropriatehistory and physical for complex acute, critical, and chronicallyill perioperative patientsOrders and interprets diagnostic andtherapeutic tests relative to patients age-specific needsAssistswith the provision of care in accordance with facility, state, andfederal regulationsMonitors the effectiveness ofinterventionsMaintains relationships with all appropriate contactsin facilitiesEducates family members, clients, and prospectiveaccounts regarding services and programsAssists with thedevelopment and maintenance of physician relations, asassignedCompletes weekly, monthly, and other reports, as assigned,in a timely and comprehensive mannerOther Duties as assigned by
