We would be building the practice up for you. Hours negotiable. Pay negotiable. Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in critical care and possess the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, particularly within a Level I Trauma Center. This role is essential for providing high-quality patient care, performing assessments, and developing treatment plans for patients of all ages, including children. The Nurse Practitioner will also be involved in discharge planning and may provide hospice palliative medicine as needed. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Perform venipuncture and other necessary procedures to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment options. Maintain accurate patient records using CharmEHR or similar electronic health record systems. Participate in discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions for patients leaving the facility. • Qualifications Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Florida Experience in urgent care settings preferred, Proficient in venipuncture techniques and patient management. Experience working with children is highly desirable. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
