Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) – Part-Time Advent Prestige Care Fort Pierce, FL 34950 Advent Prestige Care is seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing team on a part-time basis. This role involves providing high-quality psychiatric care to individuals struggling with mental health conditions through evaluations, medication management, and collaborative care planning. We are a supportive, client-focused mental health organization committed to helping individuals live healthier, more fulfilling lives.

Responsibilities:

Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications Collaborate with therapists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation (notes must be submitted within 48 hours) Provide telehealth or in-person sessions (depending on clinic needs) Educate patients and families on mental health conditions and medication management

Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted PMHNP license Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing with a specialty in psychiatry Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a PMHNP (preferred) Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication and documentation skills Familiarity with EHR systems (experience with Simple Practice is a plus) Must be eligible to work in the
