Monday•Friday, 8:00 AM•5:00

We’re currently seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our growing team.

Position Highlights:

Serve a primarily adult patient population (18+), with occasional pediatric cases. Provide integrated, team-based care in a supportive and collaborative environment. Work in a facility that offers medical, dental, and behavioral health services under one roof. Focus on preventive care and chronic disease management.
