Sub-Acute, Long-Term Care is a sector of healthcareexploding with potential and work-life balance flexibility (no oncall or weekends)!We are seeking a full-time (40 hours per week)Nurse Practitioner for float between our centers located innorthwestern WV (cities include Sistersville, Harrisville andGlenville).The salary range for this position is $104000 – $112000/ year. Responsibilities:

The Advanced Practice Providerreports directly to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or theArea Clinical Practice Manager. The Advanced Practice Providercollaborates on-site with the Center Leadership Team for centerspecific goals and priorities. The Advanced Practice Providercollaborates with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physicianfor patient specific medical care. The Advanced Practice Providerprovides primary and urgent care services to nursing centerresidents in collaboration with the other medical providers in thecenter. The Advanced Practice Provider works collaboratively withCenter Leadership to achieve AlignMed Partners mission of improvingthe lives we touch through the delivery of high quality health careand everyday compassion.

Qualifications:

The Advanced PracticeProvider must be a graduate from an accredited School of Nursingprogram, licensed as a registered nurse, certified as a NursePractitioner by being a nursing graduate from an accredited NursePractitioner Program with a Master’s Degree in Nursing and have aconcentration and specialty track of Older Adult and/or FamilyNurse Practitioner (FNP). Will consider otherconcentrations/specialty tracks based on experience and businessneed. A minimum of two years experience working with adult orgeriatric population is preferred.

In states where practice allows;APRN with an unrestricted professional license and DEA, for eachstate in which they practice.

USD $104,000.00 – USD $112,000.00/Yr.
