Independent Contractor Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Old Mission Wound Care (trade name Rebirth Advanced Healing)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Independent Contractor Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wound care and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. Wound care experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive advanced wound care to patients in their homes, skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Perform wound debridement, dressing changes, and other necessary procedures Educate patients and families about wound care and prevention Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within the required timeline Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations

Qualifications:

Current unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Georgia. Both Georgia and South Carolina preferred. Excellent clinical skills and judgment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Wound care experience preferred Must have reliable transportation
