In this role, you will provide comprehensive mental health care to patients across various settings, including primary care and home care. Duties Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Proficiency in medical terminology and aseptic technique. Experience in primary care, ICU, or hospital medicine is preferred. Familiarity with dementia care practices is a plus.
