We’re looking for a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our growing care team in Marietta, GA. In this role, you’ll provide evidence-based care to a diverse patient population, focusing on prevention, chronic disease management, and whole-person health. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team—including a dedicated Whole Health Coach—in a setting designed to support quality over quantity.

What You’ll Do:
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care for chronic and acute conditions Collaborate with patients and an integrated care team to create personalized care plans Conduct comprehensive physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe treatments Promote population health initiatives like annual wellness exams and health coaching Lead and inspire team-based care through communication, process improvement, and clinical insight

Board-certified NP with a background in family medicine, internal medicine, or primary care Active and unrestricted Texas license and DEA 3-5 years of primary care experience 2+ years in case management or population health preferred Familiarity with EMR systems (NextGen preferred) and Medicare Advantage/HCC documentation
