We are currently seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team and provide care to our active seniors. The ideal candidate is flexible, self-motivated, and skilled in both the diagnosis and treatment of common conditions. Experience in both traditional and alternative approaches to healthcare is highly valued. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients, including wellness exams, diagnosis, and treatment of common illnesses. Administer vaccinations and perform routine health screenings. Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention. Interpret and explain diagnostic test results to patients. Evaluate patient medical history and conduct physical exams to assess overall health and identify risk factors. Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the patient. Refer patients to appropriate specialists when necessary. .
