Job Description
Nurse Practitioner NP RAM Recruiting Hazlet, NJ RiteMed Group, that exclusively employs Nurse Practitioners and Physicians, is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide on-site care at Arnold Walter Nursing Home, a respected skilled nursing facility in Hazlet, NJ. This is a full-time, permanent position with a consistent, single-facility schedule—no traveling between buildings. You’ll have the autonomy to provide direct, high-quality care while being supported by a team that truly understands NP practice.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver primary and acute care to long-term and post-acute residents Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage chronic and acute conditions Communicate regularly with families, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance Participate in facility quality improvement initiatives and care planning
What You’ll Need:
Active NP license in New Jersey Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred Strong clinical and communication skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with facility staff
