Nurse Practitioner Position Available In Fayette, Georgia

Nurse Practitioner VitalCare Health, Inc Tyrone, GA 30290 We are looking for a full time Nurse Practitioner to join our team to provide Primary Care and Urgent Care services to our patients. Preference for prior experience in Primary Care setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing quality care and a commitment to patient satisfaction. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and an understanding of the latest medical technologies. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients, providing preventative care, and educating patients on their health.

Responsibilities:

Provide primary care services to patients in an outpatient setting. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses. Prescribe medications and order laboratory tests. Provide patient education on preventive care, lifestyle changes, and self-care techniques. Refer patients to specialists when necessary. Perform physical examinations and screenings. Provide urgent care services to patients in an outpatient setting.
