REPORTS TO:

Medical Director Looking for a highly qualified experienced CNM or Women’s Health NP to provide patient care in an office setting. There is a low volume currently, as this is a new offering at our facility. We hope to grow to a more robust practice in the months to come with your help. This is an office practice only position, and there is no on call duty involved. We see a diverse population with many Latino patients, hence, Spanish is highly desired.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assesses health needs of patients including but not limited to physical examination and diagnostic tests.
• Consults with physician for conditions deviating from normal.
• Provides collaborative care for patients whose medical or obstetrical status dictates direct physician involvement but whose overall status is acceptable for nurse-midwifery management.
