Nurse Practitioner Position Available In Henry, Georgia

• Description:

• _ • Evaluating, diagnosing, and treating new and existing patient’s medical conditions.

• Conducting follow-up patient care.
• Ordering and interpreting lab, radiology, and other diagnostic study results.
• Prescribing and referring patients for consultations when appropriate.
• Accurately updating patient’s medical records in EMR system
• Providing a personalized experience to each patient and tailor to their needs
• Performing patient physicals
• On call is limited to phone call only for 1 week per year
• Being a team player
• Other duties as assigned

• Qualifications:

• Must have 1 year of clinical experience in Family Practice or Urgent Care
• Must be certified family nurse practitioner
• Current up to date APRN license in GA
• DEA is preferred but not required
• 3

Week Rotating Schedule:

• Rotating Schedule
• 1 late night shift/week; Every 3-4 weeks, must work weekends

M-TH:

8am-7pm

Fri:

8am-5pm

Sat:

9am-5pm

Sun:

12pm-4pm
