Responsibilities:

Below, we have provided a high level view of what the role entails,with the complete job description discussed in detail during ourinterviewing process. Lead clinic staff, in behaviors, actions andattitude (e.g. X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front OfficeSpecialists) in delivering excellent patient care. Provide guidanceas necessary to ensure quality professional services and patientsatisfaction. Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in atimely matter and forwarding charts as appropriate on a dailybasis. As well as build and maintain confidence and credibilitywith all employees. Implement clinical protocols as outlined CMOand Supervising Physicians. Maintain behavior that is compliantwith Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirementsincluding working knowledge of all health information managementissues such as HIPAA. Order, perform, or interpret the results ofdiagnostic tests, as well as responsibly prescribe medications andeducate patients on continued treatment and care of acute andchronic conditions. Perform therapeutic procedures, including butnot limited to I&D, splinting, suturing, managing infection,and wound care. Analyze and interpret patients’ histories,symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to developappropriate diagnoses. Ensure accurate completion of patient chartsin a timely matter and forwarding charts as appropriate on a dailybasis. Ability to adhere to the Core Values of the Company, ofteamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, andfriendliness. Ability to be knowledgeable and comply with Companystandards of operations. The ability to maintain friendly, cordialrelations with all clients and employees; maintain a positive workatmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that results ina positive work relationship with customers, co-workers andmanagers. The ability to consult with patients through virtualcommunication channels. Proven experience working as a TelehealthClinician. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Experience Requirements and Preferences:

: Ability to workefficiently in a fast-paced and autonomous environment. At least0-2 years of experience as an FNP / provider in a relevantpractice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ERor Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice is strongly preferred.
