We’re looking for an independent, vibrant, and professional nurse practitioner to expand our fertility services in the Shreveport area. Dependability, initiative, a positive attitude, and growth mindset are essential. Leadership and communication skills are also critical. A current LA license and a minimum of 5 years of experience in women’s health are preferred prerequisites. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Perform diagnostic tests, including sonography, and flexible office hysteroscopy. Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance on best practices in patient care. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain accurate patient records. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. Requirements Current Nurse Practitioner certification with a valid state license to practice. Strong clinical skills in women’s health care and familiarity with sonography techniques are advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and team members. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
