• ## Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide primary care services to patients of all ages, focusing on promoting health and preventing disease within families. ## Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and health histories of patients
• Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses and injuries
• Manage chronic health conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma
• Provide patient education on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
• Perform procedures such as wound care, suture removal, and administering injections
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation ## Requirements
• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Current Family Nurse Practitioner certification and license
• Experience in geriatrics, urgent care, outpatient settings, and pediatric care is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families
