What You’ll Do:
Create individual medical care treatment plans and provide medical monitoring/ medication management for each client throughout treatment Provide quality medical care to stabilize patients and enable them to fully engage in treatment Update pharmacy orders, create UDS, med and lab orders, and review and address UDS and lab results Collaborate with extended medical, clinical, and UR teams for seamless coordination of care Maintain thorough documentation of all medical interventions, consultations, and directives Complete daily and weekly client appointment schedule in timely and efficient manner
What We’re Looking For:
Master’s degree in medical field, and related certifications Valid state medical license Federal DEA certification Acute observational and critical thinking skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong collaborative and multitasking skills
Preferred:
