Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (3-5 years) to join our Internal Medicine practice located in Fall River, Massachusetts. This part-time opportunity is ideal for a dedicated clinician who values flexibility, continuity of care, and a supportive team environment. There is also an optional opportunity for rounding in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) one day per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently manage a panel of adult patients under a collaborative agreement with a supervising physician Conduct physical exams, manage chronic and acute conditions, and provide preventive care Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical judgment and best practices Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record system Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff to provide coordinated, high-quality care
Optional:
Provide skilled nursing facility (SNF) rounding one day per week
Schedule:
Part-time:
1-2 days per week (Thursdays and Fridays) , No nights, weekends, or holiday call , Optional SNF rounding available.

Onboarding Support:
We are prepared to begin licensure processing and insurance credentialing immediately to support a smooth onboarding experience, including EMR training and clinical orientation.
Requirements:
Board-certified Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner Licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Valid DEA certificate and Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration 3-5 years of primary care experience Ability to provide independent, patient-centered care aligned with clinical training and experience
