This is a full-time role offering a flexible schedule, no weekends, no call, and a chance to make a lasting impact in the community.

Position Highlights:

Full-time, outpatient-only role (Monday-Friday) No weekends and no on-call responsibilities Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance 1-hour initial evaluations and 20-minute medication management visits Daily caseload includes ~4 intakes and follow-up appointments Diverse patient population with a mix of adults and children Flexibility to tailor caseload toward preferred age group (adolescent or adult)

Requirements:

Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) Board-certified PMHNP with active MA APRN license DEA and MA Controlled Substance Registration required Minimum 5 years of psychiatric clinical experience preferred Experience with chronically mentally ill populations strongly preferred Bilingual (Spanish/English) and/or pediatric experience is a plus
