The ideal candidate will bring clinical expertise, warmth, and a collaborative spirit to support clients in their healing journeys. This role involves psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and close coordination with therapists, case managers, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychiatric assessments and ongoing evaluations for clients enrolled in our PHP/IOP programs Provide medication management, education, and support to clients and families Collaborate with clinical and medical teams to support individualized treatment planning Attend weekly clinical team meetings (virtually or in person depending on schedule) Support transitions of care with attention to continuity and safety Maintain timely documentation in compliance with clinical and legal standards Contribute to a culture of dignity, transparency, and depth-informed care
Qualifications:
Board Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) Active and unrestricted license in Massachusetts Suboxone waiver (preferred, but not required) Experience in outpatient mental health and/or SUD treatment settings Strong understanding of co-occurring disorders and trauma-informed care Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Familiarity or interest in integrative, holistic, or depth-oriented approaches is a plus
