$4,210/week

Schedule Options:

36 or 40 hours/week (12-hour and 8-hour shifts)

Play a meaningful role in improving the health of the local population. Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed patient histories and physical exams. Provide emergency care for a wide range of medical conditions. Perform bedside diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Coordinate diagnostic testing and specialty consults. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Educate and support patients and families throughout the care process. Facilitate smooth and well-prepared discharges. Participate in professional development and training. Mentor junior staff and contribute to team excellence. Engage in community health outreach initiatives.

Requirements Experience:

Minimum 1 year in Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care.

Education:

Master of Science in Nursing (NP Program) OR Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies + NCCPA Certification.

Licensure:

Active Massachusetts license to practice as NP or PA (preferred).

Skills:

Strong clinical decision-making. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with physicians and residents.
